Brimstone 10/22 Trigger Kit

This will be our own trigger internals. This will result in a trigger pull similar to what we get out of a BX trigger now, but with our own drop in parts. Prototypes are largely finished for this (Rev 3), and we hope that production will begin soon.

At this point we expect that this will initially only be available as a part that we install in your trigger group. Once we've done a couple hundred of them and feel that the install is dialed in, they should become available as a drop in part.

Thanks for your patience, and we look forward to bringing this product to market!

    Tier 3

Posted by Al Dodd on Sep 13th 2019

Sent in my wife's 10/22 trigger for a tier 3 work. Received it back in the estimated time. The improvement is hard to believe. Before they worked on it the trigger was stiff, heavy and felt gritty. Now it is silky smooth and breaks crisply at 2 pounds 8 oz. This was well worth the cost and I would highly recommend Brimstone to anyone. I am not affiliated with them and did not receive anything for my review.

Very nice work, I’m very satisfied. Ended up at 2.8lbs. Shot about a 1.25” group of 20 shots this morning at 50 yards.

Very happy with the trigger work at least six triggers so far .but Customer service was not near as good as the trigger work. They could work on their communication emailed David 3 times only to be ignored 3 times . Phone service also very poor. 5 star work with 2 star customer service that says I don't appreciate your business

1022 tier 3 trigger group rework

Posted by Tim Machado on Aug 30th 2019

The very best trigger rework I have ever received from Brimstone! Smooth as silk, no grit, very clean, with a perfect trigger weight (. 2.4#), can’t get much better! Thank you!

    Ruger 10/22 Tier 3 Trigger

Posted by Brady Hubler on Aug 28th 2019

Love that this is a local (close enough) shop that performs this work. Easy order and ship/drop off process. Received back in hard box with bubble wrap, completely protected. Pretty fast turn around. Immediately installed and tried the trigger. Absolutely unbelievable. Beautifully smooth and light. The bolt drop feature is fantastic and a must have if you understand the fight of the stupid Ruger bolt release fin. These guys do tremendous work and I could not be more pleased. Do yourself a favor and upgrade your 10/22.

    Trigger work

Posted by David on Aug 12th 2019

I have 2 comments; the actual trigger work is very good and as advertised. It is smooth and crisp. However, I have a issue. I sent a trigger group from a Ruger 10-22 rifle for trigger work, a 1976 model. I was horrified to find the trigger body casting was defaced by Brimstone. The 'smith used a metal stamp to ID (I guess) his work. This permanently disfigured my trigger group forever. It's a vintage .22, now scarred. This stamp is a deal breaker for me, I don't like it. Good trigger work but know what will happen.

Tier 3 (Basic) Ruger 10/22 Trigger Work

Brimstone does great work. This was cheaper and better than the Ruger BX trigger. Took about to week to get back. Well worth price!

    What an improvements!

Posted by Daniel Lieneck on Aug 7th 2019

I have an older 10/22 with the metal trigger group. The trigger pull was 7 1/2 pounds on my trigger gauge at home. After the Brimstone work the trigger is 2 1/4 pounds according to the note included and confirmed on my guage at home. The overall feel (not just the pull weight) is much improved for a smoother and cleaner break. I now love my 10/22 thanks to Brimstone!

    10/22 Trigger Work

Posted by Jeff Brandt on Aug 7th 2019

Excellent work, I sent my horrible creeping 6+ pound pull trigger in to Brimstone. It came back with a perfect 1.8 pound pull and no creep. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Wonderful trigger! Can't say anymore except another one is on the way for the same mod.
